About the Management
Valentin Dushe founded PeakDelta with a background in digital business. He started in online marketing in 2010, and since 2018 has been investing in residential and commercial real estate in Berlin and Brandenburg – today complemented by operating businesses and selective digital investments. He remains directly involved in every acquisition.
Robert Gmeiner, Director Real Estate, is part of PeakDelta’s leadership and responsible for our transactions – from sourcing and negotiation to signing and closing – as well as portfolio and asset management. He previously co-founded one of Europe’s largest co-living companies, growing it to more than 4,500 rented units across 15 cities in Europe and the US. He has been investing in and developing Berlin real estate for a decade.

Residential and mixed-use buildings in Berlin and Brandenburg, up to €20 million per transaction – bought with our own capital and held for the long term.
Value comes from renovation, repositioning, and hands-on management.

We take stakes in established companies with proven products, loyal customers, and healthy cash flow – and develop them patiently, free of exit pressure.
