  • Specific interest in properties located within the Berlin S-Bahn ring for optimal connectivity and accessibility.

CONDITION OF PROPERTIES

  • Fully renovated properties that are move-in ready.
  • Properties with untapped potential that can be optimized through strategic renovations or management improvements.
  • Properties with available land or unused space that offer expansion opportunities.

INVESTMENT VOLUME

  • Targeting acquisitions with a maximum budget of €20 million per transaction.

TYPES OF USE

  • Multi-family residential units or mixed-use buildings where commercial space does not exceed 25% of the total usable area.
  • Commercial buildings that can be converted into a hotel or residential living.
