Careers
PeakDelta is a small team with short decision paths and an unusually wide range of work: real estate in Berlin and Brandenburg, operating businesses, and digital projects. We deliberately keep the team small and hire rarely – when we do, we look for exceptionally good people and give them real responsibility from day one. We would rather leave a role open than fill it with the wrong person.

Asset Manager (m/w/d): You manage and optimise our residential and commercial portfolio in Berlin and Brandenburg – from rent management and refurbishments to working with property managers, banks, and authorities. You own your buildings end to end and work directly with our leadership. Commercial judgment and genuine attention to detail matter more to us than years on a CV.

Entrepreneur in Residence (m/w/d): You identify, test, and build new business initiatives across PeakDelta – from first analysis to operating responsibility. The role suits someone who has already built something and now wants a platform with capital, deal flow, and short decision paths. High autonomy, high expectations.

Interior Designer (m/w/d): You develop interior concepts for our properties and locations – from Berlin apartments to special-purpose properties outside the city – and see them through to the finished space. Strong taste, supplier know-how, and hands-on execution count more than the size of your portfolio.
